Job Overview

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to our clients in the comfort of their homes and communities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify client's holistic health care needs and concerns as part of a family and community.
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client's age, condition, and needs.
  • Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family.
  • Continually assess the client's need for speech & language interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions on the speech & language visit report.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors, Master's, or Doctorate in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Certification of Clinical Competency from a speech accredited institution as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Maine.
  • Current CPR Certification (training available).
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • A reliable car with insurance.
