Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of product priorities and contributing to the product vision and strategy as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of product vision and strategy by providing insights from market research, customer feedback, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the broader strategic goals of Finexio.
  • Participate in strategic discussions, offering input and recommendations based on domain expertise and understanding of customer needs.
  • Lead product discovery initiatives, validating new ideas, gathering data, and identifying opportunities that can influence product strategy.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps for specific areas or features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design, engineering, and marketing, to refine and prioritize product features based on business goals.
  • Drive the execution of product priorities, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and strategy.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ability to support product vision and strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of product management best practices, including market research, product discovery, and roadmap development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey product vision and priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
