MUSD recognizes up to twenty-one (21) years of full-time teaching experience.
There may be out-of-pocket expenses depending on the selected Medical plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Professional Development
- Engagement in ongoing professional growth opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices in mathematics.
- Collaboration and planning with fellow TOSAs/coaches and administrators to design professional development activities related to mathematics programs and curriculum.
- Support math educators in developing and implementing effective instructional strategies.
- Assist math teachers with curriculum planning and execution utilizing the workshop model.
- Participate in and provide support to 9-12 Math Professional Learning Community (PLC) groups.
- Offer support to math classroom teachers for the implementation of California Math Content Standards and district-adopted curricula.
- Assist in aligning curriculum standards and sequencing courses to enhance instructional practices.
- Conduct classroom demonstrations and model lessons that incorporate mathematical routines and the workshop model structure.
- Facilitate the implementation of C-STEM Robotics at participating sites in alignment with district-adopted curriculum and math standards.
- Plan and provide PLC support for data analysis to inform planning and instruction.
- Prepare and present information and reports.
- Provide constructive feedback to teachers through classroom observations.
- Support the development of assessments that align with instructional goals.
- Coordinate QISA meetings focusing on Essential Standards, Common Formative Assessments, and the Teacher Assessment Cycle.
