Customer Experience

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Walgreens, you will model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. This includes registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Operations

You will engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
  2. Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change as requested.
  3. Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
  4. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  5. Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  6. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  7. Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  8. Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
  9. Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  10. Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.

Requirements

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens. An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
