Daily Activities
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job advertisements, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates.
• Assess resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job specifications.
• Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, including interview preparation and feedback.
• Engage with community partners and participate in local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct regular client visits and onsite assessments for high-volume clients.
• Organize recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent.
