Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as needed within the district
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles
