About the Role

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing our large inventory of vehicles, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales and business development strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
