Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Engineering & Design Development Lead. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the technical skills of our Design and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify required skills and develop curriculum to support Design and Engineering organizational effectiveness.
  • Work with the curriculum development team to guide the development of quality curriculum and determine the best method of delivery for the content.
  • Interface with Design and Engineering leadership to provide feedback and take new actions in support of these organizations.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in EB Design.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, EWP, and 7G.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with curriculum development process or training development.
