About Us:

Holloway Roofing is a reputable and top-producing local roofing business known for its integrity, commitment to giving back, and award-winning service. We have grown significantly and now serve as the leading roofing contractor in the Shenandoah Valley.

The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious sales-oriented individual who has a proven track record of earning six figures in the roofing industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new roofing customers and making a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing:
    • Track and analyze leads to inform marketing strategies
    • Submit regular lead reports to measure progress
    • Develop and implement marketing ideas based on lead reports
    • Represent the company image through professional attire and demeanor
    • Maintain and upgrade presentation materials and sales folders
    • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the sales truck
    • Implement door-to-door marketing efforts and yard signs
    • Foster social interaction with the community through local events and referral groups
  • Sales:
    • Develop and deliver a compelling sales pitch and greeting
    • Thoroughly understand the inspection checklist and sales process
    • Focus on resolving customer problems and needs
    • Complete all typed contracts and job progress entries
    • Understand contract terms and use DocuSign for electronic signatures
    • Ensure accurate and timely job documentation and commission reporting
    • Keep Acculynx updated with job information
  • Systems Development:
    • Continuously update and systemize the price sheet
    • Improve JobProgress and new roof software knowledge
    • Create a customer satisfaction tracker and offer financing options
    • Update material lists and costs in JobProgress as needed
    • Regularly review and improve sales processes and knowledge
  • Reporting:
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion reports
    • Track customer satisfaction and Excel follow-up sheets
    • Update metrics on the dry-erase board and main board
  • Team Development:
    • Participate in monthly meetings to discuss promises and expectations
    • Conduct bi-weekly on-site check-ins and training sessions
    • Read industry books and submit monthly meeting execution sheets
    • Provide bi-weekly suggestions for improvements

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with heights and willingness to learn
  • Sales experience preferred
