POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a motivated sales professional with aspirations of earning a six-figure income in the roofing sector? We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to attract new clients and contribute positively to our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Duties:

  • Monitor and track leads
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies based on lead data
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company image
  • Ensure presentation materials are current and organized
  • Keep sales vehicle clean and well-maintained
  • Utilize door hangers and yard signs for promotion
  • Engage with the community through social interactions
  • Participate in local networking groups
  • Submit regular reports on lead generation
  • Maintain uniform standards for sales attire
  • Conduct monthly vehicle maintenance reviews
  • Share ideas for lead generation in monthly discussions

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Perfect the greeting and sales pitch
  • Thoroughly understand the inspection checklist
  • Focus on addressing customer needs during sales
  • Complete all necessary contracts accurately
  • Document job progress consistently
  • Comprehend contract terms and conditions
  • Utilize electronic signature tools
  • Coordinate color selections and final agreements
  • Understand roof inspection processes
  • Facilitate job transitions to production
  • Document sales in commission reports
  • Keep project management software updated
  • Ensure all signed contracts are complete with required information
  • Reflect bi-weekly on the roof inspection checklist

Systems Development:

  • Enhance and organize the pricing sheet
  • Regularly update job progress systems
  • Become proficient with new roofing software
  • Create a customer satisfaction tracking system
  • Provide financing options
  • Update material lists and costs as necessary
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews
  • Continuously seek knowledge to enhance sales techniques

Reporting Duties:

  • Generate daily sales conversion reports
  • Compile weekly sales conversion summaries
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports
  • Assess customer satisfaction
  • Complete weekly follow-up sheets
  • Update metrics on performance boards

Team Development:

  • Conduct monthly meetings to discuss sales goals and expectations
  • Perform bi-weekly on-site check-ins
  • Participate in training sessions
  • Engage in professional reading
  • Submit execution sheets after monthly meetings
  • Provide bi-weekly suggestions for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation

  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
