Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention and growth.
  • Responsible for achieving a quota exceeding $800,000 in contract value within a designated territory of major clients.
  • Exhibit mastery and consistent application of Gartner's sales methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough account planning and territory management.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitive landscape and focus.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of demonstrated experience in consultative sales, ideally within high technology sectors (services, software, or consultative environments), showcasing a history of success in sales.
  • Exhibit strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales expertise.
  • Proven ability to cultivate excellent relationships with C-level executives in large enterprises.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete sales process lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
