Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team at Mohegan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process across all properties, ensuring seamless interactions with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain risks
  • Analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a high-volume casino or hospitality environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina, as they will be required to sit for extended periods, walk large areas of the casino property, and travel occasionally.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
