We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our caregiving team at Eagle Crest Communities. As a Nurse, you will work closely with our primary nurse team to provide high-quality care to our residents in our assisted living and memory care apartments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Resident Care Assistants in the distribution and documentation of medications, treatments, and side effects.
- Ensure residents receive proper care and treatment, and their health and safety are protected and promoted.
- Ensure staff have proper training and competency to perform their duties, and maintain compliance with DHS 83 & DHS 89, Eagle Crest South Program statements, and Bethany Lutheran Homes policies and procedures.
- Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience working in assisted living, long-term care, and/or community health is beneficial, but not required.
- Must have demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing, including rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices, diabetic care, memory care, and end of life care.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required for some nurse positions.
- Competitive wages, with starting ranges for LPNs and RNs based on experience and qualifications.
