Clinical Education Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Education Coordinator to join our team at Pen Bay Medical Center. In this role, you will provide education and support to nursing staff, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the design and implementation of education and learning experiences for nursing team members
* Provide coaching and mentoring to new hires and existing staff on clinical skills and procedures
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain high-quality educational programs and activities
Essential Requirements:
* Associate's degree in Nursing or related field required
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
* Minimum one year of experience in direct patient care and/or clinical teaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation Package:$78,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience
