Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care services, including counseling, training in daily living skills, and assistance with personal care, medical, and social needs.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellness of the individuals we support.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Facilitate community integration, recreational activities, and socialization.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Work or life experience in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field is a plus.
- Ability to complete paid New York State-mandated training during normal business hours.
