Job Title: Residential Support Professional

MOKA CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team. As a Residential Support Professional, you will provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Care for individuals with disabilities in a residential environment.
  • Advocate for those served on personal and family level.
  • Observe and document changes in the physical and mental condition of those served.
  • Administer first aid and simple nursing procedures as needed.
  • Ensure the privacy and dignity of those served and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
  • Administer programs to individuals and document progress, as prescribed.
  • Assist in meal preparation, cleaning, small home repairs, and light residential maintenance duties.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
