  • Facilitate effective communication regarding milestones and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure readiness for site and clinical projects.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and suggesting process enhancements through effective internal communication.
  • Assess project risks, address challenges, and devise strategies for successful project completion.
  • Generate and oversee documentation pertinent to various project phases, working in tandem with the Project Management team, Quality, and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering is preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of pertinent experience in program management.
  • Experience in a GMP environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Smartsheet or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in task management and resource allocation tools.
  • Understanding of Gantt chart creation and management.
  • Exceptional time management abilities and a proven track record of keeping teams aligned with project timelines.
  • Capacity to manage multiple critical projects concurrently.
  • Experience in cell/gene therapy is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with CDMO/CRO environments is beneficial.
