Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Motorcycle Transport Specialist to join our team at Ted Britt Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of motorcycles throughout our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and uncrate new motorcycles safely and efficiently
  • Wash and detail motorcycles to the highest standards
  • Assist service technicians with the movement of motorcycles to and from shop areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Transport motorcycles as needed, adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Prior detailing experience a plus, but not necessary
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
  • Ability to operate a forklift (training provided)
Work Environment

Our dealership is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Motorcycle Transport Specialist, you will be working in a well-ventilated area with exposure to various chemicals and cleaning products. You will also be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to lift and move motorcycles weighing up to 700lbs, as well as stoop, bend, and stretch throughout the day. You must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
