Job Summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Expeditionary Force Protection Program Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government leaders. The successful candidate will coordinate rapid research and development (R&D) projects, solicit end-user requirements, and analyze technical proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and assistance on assigned R&D project portfolio.
  • Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects.
  • Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations.
  • Facilitate and manage an R&D portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with a Government Program Manager.
  • Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of recent experience in an engineering endeavor, 5 years of experience in military operations or similar experience, and 5 years of experience developing or using screening, observation, detection, or protection technologies as they relate to facilities, infrastructure, maritime, or subterranean domains. A Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience or a Master's Degree and 4+ years of experience are required. Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance is also necessary.

Desired Qualifications

The company welcomes candidates with 10+ years of experience in military operations or similar experience, 5 years of experience in Project Management, 2 years of experience with government contracts/acquisition, and TS/SCI clearance.

SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. The company does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters, but customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
