Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Policy Analyst to join our team at Leidos Holding. As a key member of our team, you will provide planning expertise and programmatic support to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide planning and real property expertise to support Department of Air Force infrastructure reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare staff packages and products for Senior Executive Service or General Officer audiences.
  • Arrange and participate in working groups, forums, and collaborative events with OSD, Joint Staff, and other government offices and agencies.
  • Develop cost estimates for various scenarios such as relocating missions, consolidating force structure, and reducing infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of applicable experience as an analyst or program manager in a Headquarters Air Force or DoD-level program.
  • DoD Secret clearance.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of Department of Defense policy.
  • Experience providing Subject Matter Expertise in Installation Planning to DoD.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the Air Force's Task Management Tool (TMT).
  • Experience authoring professional communications to Congress and governmental agencies.
  • Planning experience supporting Headquarters Air Force, Air Staff, Space Force, AFIMSC, and/or AFCEC.
