Assembly Technician

TIG The Integration Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Marshalltown, Iowa. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for technical light kitting, assembly work, and packaging of products in preparation for inventory and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily technical light kitting of products and parts for inventory and customer orders, adhering to standardized instructions and quality control processes.
• Operate equipment for kit assembly and product movement, including manual and powered tools, pallet jacks, and hoists.
• Provide general warehouse support as needed, including organizing products and maintaining clean and safe work areas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work practices.
• Experience and competence with computers, including Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to use a pallet jack, hoists, and other basic warehouse equipment.

Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
