Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Assemblers and Machine Operators to join our team in Marshalltown, IA. As an Assembler, you will work under direct supervision to assemble units or fabricated parts using hand tools, powered tools, or specialized equipment. Your tasks will be routine and repetitive, requiring attention to detail and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install parts by hand or using powered tools
  • Packaging of materials, parts, and products
  • Measuring and cutting insulation
  • Applying glue, wraps, and securing insulation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic training, knowledge, or skill
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply customer specifications
  • Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of tools
