Job Title: Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team at TIG The Integration Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for technical light kitting, assembly work, and packaging of products in preparation for inventory and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily technical light kitting of products and parts for inventory and customer orders following standardized instructions.
  • Operate equipment for kit assembly and product movement, such as manual and powered tools, pallet jacks, and hoists.
  • Provide general warehouse support as needed, including organizing products and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work practices.
  • Experience and competence with computers, including Teams and Outlook.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack, hoists, and other basic warehouse equipment.

  • Assertive and clear written and oral communication.
  • Willingness to grow and adapt as the needs of the business grow.
  • Detailed oriented, organized, and able to problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently and team orientated, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside the TIG/Exodus Organizations.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and hardworking.

Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
