Job Title: Oracle Cloud PM

Location: Remote or Relocate to St. Louis

Job Description:

As a seasoned Transformation Project Manager, you will oversee a program or project to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery of expected business outcomes. You will lead and drive discovery through to design with cross-functional teams, adhering to established methodologies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the discovery process aligns with business sponsors and IT stakeholders.
  • Strategically integrating across multiple functions to drive discovery through to design and execution.
  • Effectively articulating status and concerns at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactively anticipating issues, needs, concerns, and risks, leveraging program/project methodologies to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Protecting the execution of the project to deliver the expected outcome while adhering to scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
  • Managing and resolving issues and conflicts in a global, highly cross-functional environment.
  • Partnering with change management to execute organizational change, communication, and training plans.
  • Handling multiple priorities simultaneously and dynamically prioritizing and re-prioritizing work as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Leads implementation and support of Oracle Cloud in a PM capacity.
  • Works with client teams to confirm scope, goals, objectives, business justification, secures people and budget.
  • Leads, monitors, and maintains progress of project plans to ensure delivery of key stages and goals within agreed constraints of time, cost, and quality.
  • Assists client PMs with monitoring tasks and progress of client activities.
  • Assesses risks and issues by maintaining logs and contingency plans.
  • Demonstrates skills in project management and delivering Oracle Cloud-based solutions.
  • Possesses advanced knowledge and success with consulting, designing, implementing, supporting, and leading significant tracks on larger projects or leading medium-sized engagements within the Oracle Cloud product suite.
  • Possesses experience in project management and delivering Oracle Cloud-based solutions.
  • Possesses experience with Jira.
  • 15+ years of roles increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs within both IT and business industries.
  • Start-to-finish experience managing 2 or more capital IT projects with budgets of $5 million or more, ERP (Oracle Fusion) implementation preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with stakeholder management in project/program management roles.
  • PMP, Agile.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
