Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver cloud payroll solutions to clients using Oracle Payroll Cloud and cloud ERP implementations
  • Lead and manage cloud payroll projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Mentor junior staff on cloud payroll consulting and implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • End-to-end project implementation experience in cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
  • Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud
  • Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Global Human Resources, Workforce Management, Compensation, or Talent Management
What We Offer

Huron Consulting Group offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $166,750 - $212,500, inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other wellness programs.
