We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Boyd Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Repair Facility Team, including scheduling appointments, managing working relationships with clients and insurance companies, and preparing repair orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent execution of our quality control processes, including reviewing and approving repair orders, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
