About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cook 5 to join our culinary team at our oceanfront resort in Maui. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food and beverages to our guests, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent experience in the culinary industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multitask, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Basic mathematics skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
