EMT POSITION
COMPENSATION: $22.33 PER HOUR
FULL-TIME / PART-TIME EMT OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) who will respond to both emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing exceptional care, treatment, and customer service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
- Document patient information, conditions, and treatments while ensuring confidentiality and upholding patient rights.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patient care.
- Utilize EMT skills to provide care, including effective communication, medical equipment handling, and adherence to cleaning procedures.
- Operate an ambulance in compliance with company safety policies and traffic regulations pertaining to emergency medical response vehicles.
- Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage in community programs to enhance the image of AMR and foster strong community relations.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid State EMT License.
- Valid State Driver's License.
- CPR and BLS Certifications.
- Driving record in compliance with company policy.
- Successful completion of Physical Agility Test.
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
