Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Clarience Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote all Clarience Technologies, LLC products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to customers.
- Enter customer information accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Understand and implement all procedures related to the customer service role and department, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or consumer products environment.
- Proven ability to provide quality customer service, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
