As a Pest Control Startup Technician - Salesperson, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, from residential to commercial, and provide them with expert pest control solutions. You will also be responsible for measuring properties, proposing services, and collaborating with our office team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

We offer a competitive commission-based salary, with earnings ranging from 15% to 20% on all production. You will also enjoy generous benefits, including a company vehicle, company phone, uniforms, 401(k) participation, health insurance, and bonuses. Our health insurance plan is 100%-company-paid for employees and then 25% toward spouses and children.

Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of pest control sales experience
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in generating and managing leads

Experienced in both pest control sales and providing pest control services is preferred. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with potential weekend and after-hours availability based on customer meetings.
