Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Team Member. As a key member of our Admissions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with the purchase of admission tickets, season passes, and membership sales, both in-person and online.
  • Utilize service recovery skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage the Lost and Found department, including logging, tracking, and returning lost items.
  • Collaborate with the Security Department to reunite lost children with their parents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Follow all delegated tasks and instructions from Admissions Supervisors and Operations Full-Time Admissions Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the resort's operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to read, speak, write, and understand the language.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, within the limits of applicable Federal, State, and facility labor laws and guidelines.
