Job Summary

We are seeking a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in family medicine.

Requirements

  • ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license.
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • Great peer references and in good standing.
  • Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
