The successful candidate will provide analytical and technical support, responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of our Business Intelligence delivery system. This includes the creation of financial, productivity, service-level, and ad-hoc management reporting solutions, as well as the development of web reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of experience in IS, Finance, or Operations, preferably in a healthcare field. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop reporting solutions
* Analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders
* Maintaining and improving the Business Intelligence delivery system
The successful candidate will be able to read, write, and speak English with professional quality, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work calmly and respond courteously under pressure, and collaborate effectively with others.
