Responsibilities:
As a Charitable Planning Attorney, your key responsibilities will encompass:

1. Delivering expert legal counsel on all facets of charitable planning, including the formation and management of various charitable entities and trusts.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating intricate charitable giving agreements.
3. Advising clients on the legal and tax ramifications of their charitable contributions.
4. Collaborating with fellow attorneys, tax professionals, and financial advisors to create comprehensive charitable planning solutions for clients.
5. Staying informed about the latest changes in charitable planning legislation and tax laws.
6. Representing clients before regulatory authorities and in legal matters as required.
7. Promoting the firm's charitable planning services through various marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Charitable Planning Attorney position, candidates must possess:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
2. Admission to the Bar in Florida, New York, or Connecticut.
3. A minimum of five years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on charitable planning.
4. A proven history of successfully advising clients on charitable planning issues.
5. Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation capabilities.
6. A comprehensive understanding of the legal and tax considerations related to charitable giving.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
8. The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adhere to tight deadlines.
9. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
