Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert legal counsel on charitable planning, including the establishment and management of charitable entities and trusts.
- Draft and evaluate intricate charitable agreements.
- Guide clients on the tax ramifications of their charitable contributions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create thorough charitable planning strategies.
- Keep abreast of current charitable planning legislation and tax guidelines.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Advocate for our charitable planning services through marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution.
- Licensed to practice in the Florida Bar, New York Bar, or Connecticut Bar.
- At least 5 years of experience in charitable planning law.
- Demonstrated success in advising clients on charitable planning issues.
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
- In-depth knowledge of the legal and tax dimensions of charitable giving.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to foster professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical professional standards.
