About the Role

Fiducient Advisors is seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in calculating and analyzing client performance using various performance and analytical tools.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and verify performance returns by utilizing custodial data feeds and statements.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions in collaboration with money managers and custodians.
  • Create and execute client reporting structures.
  • Collect portfolio characteristics from outside sources.
  • Partner with Investment Operations colleagues to provide accurate data for client-related tasks.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support Investment Consultants and assist on ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics.
  • CIPM or CFA candidates are a plus.
  • Internship experience or up to three years of Investment Consulting or Financial Industry Experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel knowledge is required.
  • Previous experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, and custodial portals is a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
  • Hard-working professional with a collaborative approach and a desire to work in a team environment.
