Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Assessment:

    • Examine critical metrics including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Reporting & Projections:

    • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review.
    • Assist in formulating financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic initiatives.

    • Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity assessments to explore potential outcomes and risks.
  • Data Management:
    • Gather, structure, and scrutinize financial data from diverse sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the accounting department to guarantee precise financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.
    • Engage with operational teams to comprehend business drivers and bolster financial planning activities.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are advantageous.
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within the restaurant, food production, or hospitality sectors.
    • Strong comprehension of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
    • Experience with three-statement financial modeling.
    • Familiarity with financial reporting software and ERP systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a sharp attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
