Job Summary

TEPCON Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely performance of electrical tasks, as well as assisting our Superintendent/Project Manager with other tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized service van to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Restock materials in the service van on a routine basis to prevent delays and ensure project completion.
  • Comply with current NEC Standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the construction project to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Maintain daily logs and records of time and materials utilized on each project to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Perform job walks and assist with estimating and plan take-offs to ensure project feasibility and accuracy.
  • Utilize company computer tracking software for attendance, timecard entry, and change order tracking to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.
  • Supervise and expedite material orders to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
  • Review plans, specifications, and notes to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide accurate start and completion timelines to our Supervisor to ensure project scheduling and coordination.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively with others to ensure project success and team collaboration.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years journeyman electrician experience required to ensure industry expertise and project success.
  • Experienced in working within occupied environments and high-rise or multi-tenant buildings to ensure adaptability and project success.
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred to ensure industry expertise and compliance.
  • AZ Driver's License and clean MVR required to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Compensation

Medical, Dental, Vision eligibility after 60 days to ensure comprehensive benefits and employee well-being.
