Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and a proven track record in AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) while establishing secure site-to-site VPN connections between data centers and AWS.
- Manage and administer a variety of AWS services including EC2, S3, ELB, and Route 53.
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GITLAB for seamless deployments.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes, with significant experience in EKS.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python and UNIX shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Architect and configure secure cloud VPCs using both private and public networks through subnets in AWS.
- Create build scripts using Maven and possess knowledge in Java, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, and MySQL.
- Work with AWS Managed Streaming for Kafka (MSK) services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with T-Mobile or similar organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
