Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving Customer Inquiries: Research and resolve customer complaints, questions, or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing Product Information: Educate customers about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Documenting Interactions: Accurately document all interactions with customers, including conversations, emails, and chats.
  • Meeting Performance Goals: Meet and exceed performance goals, including first-call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
