Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at AHBL, Inc. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to our landscape architects and engineers on projects of varying size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project setup, scheduling, and data organization within project management software.
  • Communicate with the team to keep them on track throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Research permitting requirements for states, counties, and cities.
  • Review submittal requirements and ensure that our submittals meet those requirements.
  • Gather documents, apply for permits, and track permits through the approval process.
  • Maintain project-related documentation.
  • Assist in the compilation of proposals and reports.
  • Perform additional administrative office duties as needed to support our Seattle office.
Requirements
  • Associate degree and 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Highly organized with the ability to balance competing priorities and solve administrative issues in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, research, writing, and editing skills.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable navigating a variety of software platforms and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
  • Current and relevant experience working with Microsoft Office.
