Job Overview

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid work schedule from our Seattle (Northgate) or Portland, Oregon office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality control, technical editing, proofreading, coordination of data management and graphics, and deliverable production.
  • Collaborate with company-wide project coordinators to share workload and apply company-wide standards and procedures on client deliverables.
  • Support entire project lifecycle: proposals, contracting, project planning, project setup, project execution, and project closeout.
  • Support marketing and other administrative departments with document review needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or a combination of relevant education/experience required.
  • 3 to 5 years of proofreading/editing and project coordination experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Employment history that demonstrates strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and computer-related skills.
  • Computer software skills, including Microsoft Office, Endnote, Adobe Acrobat, and/or other document production-related software.
  • Experience in engineering, architecture, or related industry is a plus.
