Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator to join our team at The Marathon Group Recruiting, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating an 8 color 10 Mark Andy 2200 or Mark Andy P5, printing a diverse range of labels for various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate an 8 color 10 Mark Andy 2200 or Mark Andy P5 with precision and efficiency.
  • Print a wide assortment of labels catering to various sectors, including consumer, food & beverage, promotional, personal care, and industrial applications.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality in all aspects of production, ensuring consistency and excellence in every print run.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Flexo Press operation and maintenance, performing routine checks and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with our production team to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a Mark Andy or Comco narrow web flexo press.
  • A proficient understanding of the Flexo Press operation and maintenance.
  • A strong commitment to upholding quality and meeting production standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

The selected candidate will receive a competitive starting salary within the range of $28-$38 per hour, in addition to a sign-on bonus. 2nd and 3rd shift positions also offer a shift differential and an exceptional benefits package, including relocation assistance.
