Job Opportunity for Experienced Flexographic Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at The Marathon Group Recruiting, LLC. As a leading recruiter, we specialize in matching top talent with the right companies, ensuring a perfect alignment of skills, personality, and lifestyle.

Job Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for operating an 8-color 10 Mark Andy 2200 or Mark Andy P5 press, printing a diverse range of labels for various sectors, including consumer, food & beverage, promotional, personal care, and industrial applications.

  • Operate the press with precision and attention to detail.
  • Print high-quality labels with minimal defects.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality in all aspects of production.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a Mark Andy or Comco narrow web flexo press.
  • A strong understanding of the Flexo Press operation and maintenance.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary within the range of $28-$39 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus. The 2nd and 3rd shift will also receive a shift differential and an exceptional benefits package, including relocation assistance.
