We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Target Optical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Optical Store Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Lead by example and model the Target Optical Way, ensuring a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience for our guests.
- Provide coaching and development to team members to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
- Support the Optical Store Manager in maintaining professional business partnerships with our Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
- Recruit, interview, train, develop, motivate, and retain top talent to build a strong and diverse team.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- ABO Certified (Preferred).
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
- Selling skills, self-motivation, selection and recruitment, critical thinking, collaboration, and accountability to results.
