Key Responsibilities

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Fostering a culture of excellence to promote employee growth
  • Enhancing HVAC department sales through effective training and development of field technicians
  • Ensuring operational efficiency through accurate invoicing, inventory management, safety compliance, and reporting
  • Coaching service technicians to improve sales metrics and revenue generation
  • Providing continuous product and sales training
  • Encouraging lead generation initiatives
  • Monitoring and managing callbacks and warranty claims
  • Addressing escalated customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction
Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Nextstar Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager
  • Current EPA Certification
  • NATE Certification preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative team approach
  • Experience in both private and public sector business development
  • Knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial applications
  • Understanding of HVAC design principles and material cost considerations
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for driving sales and company growth
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, set objectives, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
