We are looking for talented individuals to fill various positions, including HVAC Service, HVAC Install, and HVAC Maintenance Technicians, as well as Duct Cleaners. Our team is comprised of creative and energetic employees who are dedicated to providing the best customer experience every day.

ResponsibilitiesHVAC Residential Service Technician

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct diverse HVAC system issues.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation.

HVAC Maintenance Technician

Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skills.

New Construction HVAC Service/Maintenance Technician

Successfully perform trouble shooting and diagnostics on Commercial heating and air conditioning systems (70% Residential in a Commercial Setting).

Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.

HVAC Install Helpers Residential

Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units.

Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.

HVAC Residential Lead Installer

Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump).

Maintain good working order of company vehicle.

Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.

Results driven in a high-energy environment.

Attention to detail.

Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
