Job Title: Design Engineer

Gaylor Electric Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the design and engineering of assigned projects, ensuring that all technical designs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to integrate and coordinate technical designs.
  • Review and approve completed design work to ensure technical adequacy and satisfaction of project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying new knowledge and skills to improve design and engineering processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and engineering, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
