In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing and promoting safety practices on construction sites, fostering a culture of excellence, and providing top-notch service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
- Safeguard the well-being of all workers by conducting regular site assessments, evaluating risks, and implementing preventative measures.
- Develop and conduct thorough safety briefings for employees to guarantee they comprehend the unique requirements of each project.
- Analyze incident reports to pinpoint causes and implement lasting solutions to minimize their likelihood.
- Guarantee that the most recent safety information and manuals are accessible to everyone on-site.
- Attend key meetings such as site initiation conferences, task kick-offs, and quality control reviews.
- Comprehensively apply codes like EM 385-1-1.
- Determine whether contractors adhere to safety rules and guidelines.
- Withdraw any worker without suitable safety gear or jeopardizing others' safety.
