Job Summary

Concentra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Therapy Director to lead our occupational medicine team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising clinical staff, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and lead by example, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
  • Manage key clinical center metrics, including quality outcomes and staff accountability.
  • Consistently demonstrate Concentra's Physical Therapy Guidebook and Perfect PT visit standards.
  • Manage clinical outcomes, address outlier cases, and optimize patient capture and processing.
  • Execute therapy plans for each patient, focusing on early intervention and same-day evaluation.
  • Create a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, and patient safety.
  • Work with DTO to identify clinical improvement opportunities and foster relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups.
  • Maintain compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
  • Drive patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics.
  • Actively participate in CLT meetings to improve quality, patient safety, and outlier management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited college or university.
  • Meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction.
  • At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience in an occupational healthcare setting.

  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems using logic and propose quality solutions.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to deal with people in a tactful and professional manner.
